Shipping to Australia
All goods are shipped within Australia free of charge.
BataShop Australia uses Australia Post Express. Allow 3 – 5 days for product receipt within the Australia.
International Shipping
To accommodate international purchases, BataShop Australia offers two solutions:
* BataShop Australia can send your purchase through regular postal services worldwide. Allow 10-15 business days for product receipt via air and 4–6 weeks for surface delivery(most economical).
* We can send your purchase through UPS Worldwide express service. Allow 4 – 7 days for product receipt.
* All international purchases freight shall be costed on a individual basis.
Shipping Restrictions
BataShop Australia does not currently ship to all geographical locations. BataShop Australia does not also ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Times
Allow 3 – 5 business days for product receipt within Australia.
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total deliver time. Processing time includes receiving your order, packing the item(s) for shipping.

If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive the following:
* Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order has been received and is being processed.
* When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirming the status of your shipment.

Free Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, BataShop Australia will be happy to accept a return or exchange at no cost to you.
Products that you return or exchange must be unworn and must be in their original packaging.
BataShop Australia does not guarantee against any product tear or any damage related to the shipping or manufacturer.
