Shoes are returned within 21 days from the date of purchase
Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
Shoes must be in original box and packaging
Copy of proof of purchase must be returned with shoes
Please keep in mind when trying on your new shoes, to try them on carpet to reduce scuff marks on the soles.
NB: Bata is unable to exchange or refund shoes that have been worn unless FAULTY due to health and safety regulations.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

NB: There are no refunds or credits on sale items for change of mind or incorrect orders - unless faulty --online orders cannot be returned to our factory outlet store.
Shoes will not be refunded until they are received by Bata.
